40 Years of DATAGROUP – Growing Together!

On October 1, 2023, DATAGROUP celebrated its 40th anniversary. To mark this occasion, we launched a special promotion for the anniversary year and beyond. In collaboration with ForstBW, we are creating DATAGROUP FOREST, a “forest of the future” on a fallow forest area in the Black Forest.

DATAGROUP’s Headquarters: A Pioneer in Environmental Protection

For more than 20 years, our headquarters in Pliezhausen has stood for effectiveness and the efficient use of resources. The building, which has been awarded the Hugo Häring Prize, combines efficiency and sustainability. Its CO2 emissions are well below those of comparable buildings.

Corporate Social Responsibility

DATAGROUP recognizes its social responsibility to respect human rights and environmental rights. We are committed to fulfilling our due diligence obligations regarding human rights and the environment, both within our own business operations and throughout our supply chains. We are constantly working to fulfill this responsibility to the best of our ability. Code of Conduct for DATAGROUP Employees

Since DATAGROUP was founded in 1983, our corporate values have formed the foundation of our actions. With our Code of Conduct, we aim to provide our employees with a set of guidelines that summarize and explain the fundamental principles that guide our work at DATAGROUP. This code is intended to provide us with certainty and guidance in our interactions with one another, with our customers and business partners, and within the team. After all, we strive to put our values—such as responsibility, partnership, stability, safety, and sustainability—into practice and make them tangible day in and day out.

Whistleblower Policy and Complaint Procedure in Accordance with the Act on Due Diligence Obligations in the Supply Chain

Our whistleblower system is intended to report potential violations of EU law in accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive, as well as potential violations of German law.

DATAGROUP takes the handling of whistleblower reports very seriously, reviews every report submitted, and initiates investigations to the extent that this is possible and necessary.

All reports submitted are treated with strict confidentiality. It is possible to submit anonymous reports.

Our whistleblower system also includes the function of the complaint procedure in accordance with the law on due diligence obligations in the supply chain. This enables employees and third parties to draw attention to risks related to human rights and the environment, as well as to violations of human rights or environmental obligations arising from economic activities throughout the entire DATAGROUPgroup or by a direct or indirect supplier of DATAGROUP.
